I am you and you are me enacts a quiet drama between the Jungian archetypes of shadow and persona, examining the psychological dualities that shape human consciousness. The work positions the horse as both a vessel and mirror for collective identity, drawing upon its enduring presence within mythology and history. The installation references theatrical space - its curtains, staging, and symbolic performance - to critique the fatigue and avoidance characterizing contemporary social and political life. It insists upon the necessity of 'drawing back the curtains' on humanity's shadow and contradictions. I Am You and You Are Me offers not resolution, but reflection: an acknowledgement that shadow and persona are not opposing forces, but are inseparable parts of the same whole.
